I have collaborated with various stakeholders to assess ​development needs and implement effective learning ​solutions. My experience includes managing vendor ​relationships while driving continuous improvement ​and innovation.

Product ​Training

I designed and developed online learning modules for ​promoters in the APAC and MEA regions, effectively educating ​them on our new market products. These digital learning ​packages not only convey crucial product information but also ​assess and ensure their knowledge retention.

Soft Skills ​Training

We implemented ACE Selling Skills and Needs-​Based Selling techniques to equip our ​promoters with the necessary tools to effectively ​promote our products. This approach enabled ​them to offer solution-based sales, ensuring that ​customer needs were accurately identified and ​met.

ISO Digital ​Training

I developed digital learning products, ​collaborating with local and international SMEs to ​ensure quality. My work has been sold to clients in ​Asia, Germany, and the Middle East, and I have ​worked closely with TUV offices in Germany, India, ​Malaysia, and the USA.

Vyond ​Animations

I have created engaging animated videos designed to ensure ​that learners are captivated by comprehensive, interesting, and ​relevant content. My work includes producing animated videos ​currently used in Germany as part of a learner handbook.

Newsletter

I designed a newsletter for my Academy team to inform members ​about the latest developments and achievements. The newsletter ​serves as a platform to highlight key events and milestones while ​recognizing the contributions of individuals within the team.

Collaborating with my team in the Philippines, I ​developed online curricula based on the expertise ​and guidance of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). I ​have partnered with numerous institutions and ​organizations, including Kaplan, Mendaki Sense, ​and AON, to deliver effective and engaging ​learning solutions.
